Send
Mail Manually Feature. E.G.G.S.™ enables you to
not only automate a queue of email messages to send on your
choice of time, but also this additional feature enables you
to send mails directly to all your subscribers in an
autoresponder list, whenever you want.
Set
Your Own Auto-Wrap Feature.The
E.G.G.S.™ team has
found that the optimum setting to keep your email intact in
its formatting from your end to the subscriber end, the word
wrapping should be set to 50 characters per line.
E.G.G.S.™
allows you to set this in the Edit Autoresponder section.
Personalize
Messages Feature. E.G.G.S.™ allows you to
personalize your message to every subscriber in your list. You
can use E.G.G.S.™ subscriber variables %FullName% and %EmailAddress%
in your mail which will be automatically replaced by full name
and email address for each subscriber that is being
mailed.
Asynchronous
Bulk Mailing Feature. E.G.G.S.™ provides you with
a way to mail your subscribers asynchronously. This means that
if by any chance disconnected with the Internet or your
connection drops with the E.G.G.S.™ web interface, if you
have clicked once on the ‘Mail All Prospects Now!’ button,
E.G.G.S.™ makes sure that your message is sent to all, so
you don’t need to worry that your message has not reached
some of your subscribers.
Delete
Prospects Feature. E.G.G.S.™ provides a quick way
to delete large number of subscribers from the database
directly. Just list down the email addresses that need
deletion, one email per line in the area provided in this
section.
Restart
Follow Ups Feature.In the middle of an automated
cycle of messages, if you feel you need to start over again,
you don’t know where to stop and where to begin. E.G.G.S.™
has provided a way for you to restart your follow-up cycle
instantly.
Export
Feature. This option lets you export all the
prospects and subscribers in the current autoresponder
database into a plain text file.At times it becomes necessary
to evaluate your customer base and fine tune marketing
strategies. It is always handy to know what kind of consumer
weight your website generates. This information may answer
many of your questions, like the type of subscribers to your
site, the email domain that attracts most of your subscribers,
etc. Alternatively, you may want to sell this subscribers
list.

Spam
Tracker Feature. Ever got stuck with many fake
email addresses or too many subscriptions from same persons
that just clog up your mailing list? Well worry no more! With
Spam Tracker feature, you can root out fake or dead email
addresses and spam subscribers by inspecting logged
information. E.G.G.S.™ logs all signups; this includes IP
address and name of the subscriber. When you suspect a fake
email or spamming subscriber, you can inspect information
about that email address that is logged in Spam Tracker
security logs.
Bad
Email Address Feature. You can setup a bad email
address that will that will receive any returned or bounced
email sent to subscribers for a particular autoresponder
Double
Optin Feature. Refers
to the subscription model that will be followed by a
particular autoresponder under E.G.G.S. ™
You
can set-up two optin modes:
One.
Single Opt in mode means that a subscriber needs to provide
his or her email address only once while subscribing to the
autoresponder. The autoresponder will not require double
confirmation and the new user will automatically start
receiving email messages.
Two.
Double Opt in mode means that a subscriber needs to provide
his or her email address and a confirmatory email will be
sent to that email address. The subscription will only be
activated when the user has opened the email from her inbox
and has clicked the confirmation link. Only then the user
will be subscribed.
Message
Sequencing Feature (Move Up, Move Down) lets you
visually arrange the automated messages inside the automated
queue.
Edit
System Messages Feature. This is where
E.G.G.S.™
gives you access to its true power. This section allows you to
completely automate your mailing list by setting up timed
follow-up messages. So all you have to do is set an array of
email messages and the time delay for the follow-up mails and
then go for that nice vacation you’ve never gotten time to
go to, without worrying about your mailing list.
There
are at least six System Messages that you can set-up :
One.
Welcome Message. The Welcome message
portion allows you to put in a message you want your new
subscribers to see. This section requires you to fill in an
introductory subject and email body respectively. You may
want to introduce your website, the kind of services that
are available, products, special offers, unsubscribe method,
even reference to other opt in lists on your site. All this
can be done in the welcome message. Make your new subscriber
feel intrigued and interested with the kind of services you
provide and give a brief of what kind of messages he or she
will be getting with the subscription.
Two.
Welcome Confirmation Message This is a welcome
and confirmation message combined. It is used for double opt
in mode of any Autoresponder. It is used to send out the
confirmation link that the new subscriber must click in
order to fully subscribe to the autoreponder list.
Three.
Removal Message Another very important message
that you would like to customize is the subscription removal
message. Make sure to convey the right message. Hopefully,
your subscribers wouldn’t be unsubscribing as you would
have more time in developing an interesting mix of offers
and articles in your automated follow up messages to keep
them locked in. But a time comes when your subscribers may
want to get off your list. Make sure they leave happy and
content. They may come back again seeing your hospitality.
Better yet, they may change their mind and re-subscribe.
Four.
Removal Confirmation Message This is again used for the
double opt in mode autoresopnders. It is used to send out a
confirmation message to subscribers wishing to unsubscribe.
Five.
Removal HTML Message Here you can specify text or
HTML that will be used as text for the removal message.
Six.
Removal Text Alternatively if you are using plain
text mails, then you can specify the text that should appear
just above the removal URL that is displayed in plain text
format.
