We cannot respond to technical questions. But we charge for professional installation. We think that this is just fair since you are getting E.G.G.S. free of charge from this website. But we have to pay our developers, otherwise they won't fix our bugs - right?

And please bear in mind that we did not design E.G.G.S. to be hard to use so that you will avail of our installation services :-) In fact it is easy to use and can easily be deployed even by those with little technical background.
