Manage Autoresponders

Once you have successfully logged into the E.G.G.S.™ Administrative Panel, you need to create an autoresponder in order to administer it or select a pre made autoresponder from the list.

When you have selected an autoresponder to administer, the menu bar on the left side changes and provides a way to conveniently access most commonly used options. The administrative panel provides direct access to the following options:

Now if you click on the manage link in front of any of the autoresponders, say “Test Autoresponder”, the management console will appear for that specific autoresponder.

 Manage Messages

In this section you can manage all email messages that are to be sent to your subscribers for a particular autoresponder.

E.G.G.S.™ multiple Autoresponder service enables the great feature of unlimited automated and timed follow up email messages. If you plan your mailings right, you can hit the jackpot without investing in an all time effort. All you have to do is invest some time in planning it right.

By that we mean lining up email messages for your opt in list that suits, say the annual calendar.

First, it is a good idea to decide and calculate on the inter-message time interval you wish to keep between mailings to your subscribers.

Second, take out your calendar and mark out special events that may come during your automated email cycle. Then mark out the dates where your emails get triggered.

Last but not least, try to have a focused sequence in suggesting different products, services and offers to your subscribers. Add some humor or something of value to your subscribers and send out an original feel to your mail. You may want to look at what you said in your last message, so we have placed all the message boxes in the same page. Therefore, you don’t have to go back and forth to cross reference material that you plan to send. E.G.G.S.™ has conveniently numbered all the message boxes for you to track in sequence.

Having understood a general scenario as above, now you may have a good idea of what you have to do to get a huge spark of attention from your subscribers and in the same, increase traffic on your website.

Add New Message lets you create new messages that will be queued in the automated message cycle displayed in the Manage Messages section. When clicked, a screen to add a new message appears:
